There are a few different ways you can do APN settings. I use the default my phone pulls from AT&T and I can do both SMS and MMS just fine.

    Here are my settings:

    Name: ATT LTE
    APN: pta
    Proxy: Not set
    Port: Not set
    Username: Not set
    Password: Not set
    Server: Not set
    MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
    MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    MMS Port: 80
    MCC: 310
    MNC: 410
    Authentication type: Not set
    APN Type: default,supl,mms
    APN Protcol: IPv4
APN Enable/Disable: Greyed out on my phone, but checked ENABLED.
    Bearer: Unspecified

This is the default setting. Also sent you a PM.

    Thanks

I entered it same as you have listed except under APN TYPE I only have 3 options
    MMS
    INTERNET
    MMS & INTERNET

I tried MMS and MMS & INTERNET

I saved and rebooted but doesn't send MMS (pictures). I can get on Internet and send regular texts.

    Weird.
