It doesn't look like any custom ROMs have been made for that model which is why there are no stock tar files floating around. As for rooting it. I didn't find any info on that either

Thanks for your help Ronnie. I took it back to the store and they replaced it since it was only 2 days old. It looks like I'm stuck with the stock rom. Thanks!
